We found Rob to be very professional, and by that we mean friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and more importantly honest. He took complete control of the sale and was communicating daily with us even if there was no news. When changes had to be made to he sat down with us and went through every detail and why. Never once did we think he wasn't working hard on our behalf. Myself and my wife would have zero hesitation in recommending Robert to other folks.

He worked patiently with us throughout the almost full-year househunting process, arranging dozens of showings, connecting us to a great buyer's attorney and a contractor, and negotiating smartly and at times creatively to get us to verbal agreement on three different homes. He worked with us through challenging due diligence processes on the first two places, and negotiated successfully to our target price on the home we ultimately ended up buying.
