Robert’s done it all—owning and managing single-family homes, multifamily units, and apartments, plus hands-on work in construction, from plumbing to structural upgrades. He’s lived all over NYC (Downtown, Upper East, Upper West, Brooklyn, Harlem, Riverdale—you name it) and owns property across the tri-state, giving him an insider’s edge.
